Currently, all our products will be posted through Australia Post.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For domestic delivery within Australia, a 1 day processing and handling time plus 3 to 6 business days within NSW or up to 2 weeks for interstate delivery. Tracking information will be provided.
For international shipping, 1 day processing and handling plus 15 to 30days delivery time to most of Europe or up to 3 weeks to New Zealand.
You may allow delay of delivery in some circumstances that cannot be prevented. In the event of delay or no update tracking information, you may contact and email us to follow up.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Currently, only PayPal payment method will be accepted.

When buying online, you must look on a secured website with the padlock or with “https” website address.

How do I place an Order?
You can place your order by browsing into the product you want and add those product into the cart. You can still continue shopping and adding more products and quantities into the cart before checkout. View you cart and review your shopping.
Once you are happy with your shopping, you can proceed on “Checkout”. You can apply a promo code for discount if you have one available from you email subscription promotional email.
You will then be taken through to checkout, where we hope the rest of the process is well described and simple to complete.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Having an account is not essential as you can proceed on “Checkout” as Guest to complete your order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference. Having an account, you can save and view all you previous shopping.
